We're Going on a Bear Hunt

We’re Going on a Bear Hunt

This week’s learning is based around the story We’re Going on a Bear Hunt by Michael Rosen.  We listened to the story and practised the repetitive phrases. We went on our very own bear hunt in the garden.  We had fun making up our own journeys and explored the different features such as the cold river, oozy mud and snow storm.  We created routes and maps to show the journey of the bear hunt.  Our reading area has been turned into the Bear’s cave with torches so that we can look at the books in the dark!  We have learnt lots of new vocabulary and have had lots of fun!
