I want to be a Firefighter

Our learning has been based around the story 'I want to be a Firefighter' written by Becky Davies.  The children have enjoyed finding out about the job of a Firefighter.  They became Firefighters out in the garden where they had fun spraying water to put out the fires. The children also used the construction to make their own fire engines, these were spectacular and some had very long ladders.  We had a very short visit from the fire truck and crew but unfortunately they were called away on an emergency so we were unable to explore the vehicle and find out more!
