Diwali Week

Diwali Week

The children's learning has been based around Diwali.  They have listened to the story about Rama And Sita and explored colour, shape and pattern.  The children made Diwali cards, rangoli patterns and enjoyed preparing food in the role-play area and mud kitchen.  The children had fun waving ribbons and scarves in the outdoors, making shapes and patterns in the air.  They have been learning a Bhangra dance during wake up shake up and enjoyed dressing up for our Diwali party.
