Children enjoyed tasting and evaluating different Indian foods. They used their senses to describe the texture, taste, appearance, smell and identified whether the food items were healthy or unhealthy.
Year 2 pupils making kulfi - they measured the different ingredients and mixed the ingredients ready to go into the freezer for the Indian Bazaar.
Children loved testing a range of joining resources (such as paper clips, glue, sellotape) against different materials (for example, felt, cardboard, paper, cellophane). They needed to determine which are the best joining resources for making a model fire engine with moving parts at our parent workshop.
