Visit to the Gurdwara 🪯

Squirrels really enjoyed their visit today to the Gurdwara. We learnt so much about the Sikh community 😊

They provide free food to everyone and also run games for all children. They are ever so welcoming and open their doors to everyone!

Toys workshop 🧸🪀🚂

The toys workshop was so much fun! All day we explored the toys children would have played with a very long time ago. They were simple but still exciting to play with. It was a day filled with laughter and lots of wow 🤩

Word play event! 😁🤩📚✍️

Word play event this week has been fantastic! The children loved the workshop they got to turn their paper into whatever they wanted. We had rockets 🚀, moustaches 🥸bracelets and much more. So imaginative😀

We met the author Hiba Noor Khan and she read her first ever published story book called The little war cat 🐈

Mindful Tuesday 🧘🌊🕊️

Squirrels enjoyed doing some painting using cotton buds whilst listening to calming music 🎶. It was a lovely morning. In the afternoon, they enjoyed doing some yoga 🧘‍♀️ with Yogabugs and mindful colouring 🖍️
