Squirrels had so much fun at the National Space Centre!

We learnt so many amazing facts about space and planets 🪐🌎

Did you know Mars is also known as the red planet? 

It was  a sparkly day in Squirrels! 

The children looked amazing in their clothes. The children did lots of amazing colouring , yoga and painting. The classroom was covered in glitter 

What an amazing day it surely was!  

It has been truly amazing today!  We felt like we were in Italy making our pizzas from scratch 🍕👩🏾‍🍳🧑‍🍳

A day of learning in Squirrels! 

We explored a variety of ways we can stay safe on the internet. Children shared their experiences and some of the things they already do. 

One thing we all took away was whenever you are unsure of something just speak out! Tell your trusted adult.  

Aspirations day has been superb!

Squirrels had a chance to think deeply about what dreams and goals they have. 

We were so lucky to meet amazing people who help our community in lots of different ways

World Book Day has been amazing! All of the children looked amazing in their costumes. It has been a day of celebrating books and authors 📖🎊
 

Reading has a special place in our hearts ❤️ 

Science week has been amazing 🤩 

we have been enjoying a variety of different activities like: minute challenge⏱️, metamorphosis mayhem 🐛🦋and creating sundials 🌞 .  
 

It has been a week of learning lots of new knowledge and really enjoying ourselves. 
 

Did you know tadpoles are born with external gills to help them breathe? 🐸

The Easter bonnets were amazing! The children have had an amazing last day making Easter cards, lots of Easter colouring, decorating eggs and much more. This term has flown by but we await many more incredible adventures ahead.
