Please complete the Admissions Form and return it BY EMAIL to admissions@hallgreen-inf.bham.sch.uk. We will also need to see a copy (screen shot) of your childs birth certificate and your proof of address (council tax or utility bill). If/when we are able to offer you a space we will then ask to see the original documents.
