In October, we celebrated World Mental Health Day. We learned all about mental health and how to take care of our own mental wellbeing. We participated in class yoga and learned some yoga poses that we can use in our daily lives to help us relax. We talked about different emotions and how to make ourselves feel better if we are feeling sad or worried. We made our own mirrors and wrote things that we like about ourselves and things we think we are good at. We also took part in an afternoon of arts and crafts!
