We had an amazing week participating in a series of lessons all about nature and photography for Arts Week! We explored abstract art by a range of artists and shared our opinions on the work we looked at. We went on a nature walk to collect natural objects which we then used to make our own abstract nature artwork inspired by Anthony Goldsworthy. Once we had created our art work we then used software on the iPad to edit the photos to create our final piece. We then exhibited our art work to the whole of year 2 and looked at each other's work. We hope you like them!
We also took part in an exciting music lesson where we created our own graphic musical scores to show what we would see and hear on an autumn walk! It was so much fun!
