Red Nose Day!

World Book Day 2025

On World Book Day we dressed up as our favourite book characters. We started the day with an assembly where the best dressed won trophies. We then had a drop everything and read (DEAR) session. Year 1 read the book ‘The Big Book of Beasts’. We made our own posters about big beasts with facts we learnt from the book. In the afternoon we did lots of book day activities such as; design a book cover, decorate book marks and write book reviews.

Big Yellow Day

On Yellow Day we raised money for Children’s Liver Disease Foundation. We raise awareness for this charity every year to remember a pupil called Imaan who came to our school. We decorated bee ornaments to go on Imaan’s memorial tree.
