this week is aimed to support our children’s mental health and well-being. Children have spent the week learning about their emotions, developing their self-confidence and learning about what makes them happy and cheerful.
This week we have decided to not set normal homework and instead encourage you and your children to spend some time together talking about feelings, emotions and how we all look after our wellbeing.
You could choose to do some yoga, go for a walk, sit and colour together or simply have a chat. January is always a dark and cold month so try and bring some light in by taking part in this week with your children!
