Sparkle and Shine Week

Aspirations Day

1EY had an amazing day today! They were truly inspired by many amazing role models and were able to think deeply about their dreams. They met a pharmacist, IT engineer and a football manager. The children asked lots of questions and learnt about the hard work and dedication you need to achieve anything in life. The children were able to share their dreams and what they want to be when they are older. It was lovely to hear the ambitions and wishes the children of Hall Green have  :)  

Ambulance Visit

We had the great pleasure of meeting the paramedic Daniel on Thursday. The children had the opportunity to hear how he worked really hard and followed his goals and dreams. It was truly inspiring! We asked lots of questions about his job and what happened at the back of the ambulance. Everyone loved getting into the ambulance, sitting in the drivers seat and pressing the horn. The children listened and shared their own experiences of the ambulance. It was a great day and the children saw an example of someone who aspired to become something and didn't give up.
