This half term we are going to focus on Article 12 and Article 13.
Article 12 - Every child has the right to express their views, feelings and wishes in all matters affecting them, and to have their views considered and taken seriously.
Article 13 - Every child must be free to express their thoughts and opinions and to access all kinds of information, if it is within the law.
Activities
We would love you to complete an activity so you can show us that you have been learning about your rights. Remember to send a photo of your work to the school office email address so we can share your fabulous work with everyone else.
Activity 1 - Article 12 - It is important to express your views and this means having people that listen to you. Have you got anyone that listens to you? Can you design a card to thank them for listening to you and write them a nice message inside.
Activity 2 - Article 13 - It is really important that we know how to express ourselves. How do you express yourself? Can you make up a song, dance, write a story, poem or create some art work to show what it is like to be you?
