Sparkle and Shine Day

Sparkle and Shine is all about supporting and teaching our children how to manage their mental health and wellbeing. Dove Class children learned about different strategies they can use to regulate their emotions. They enjoyed decorating photo frames, playing games and completing mindfulness colouring activities.
