We are exploring maps in geography. We are enjoying identifying human and physical features!
We learnt about microhabitats and as part of our lesson we went out to explore our school garden area to see if we could find real examples of microhabitats and the species that live in them. After we found some examples, we returned to our classroom to draw what we had seen and write why some animals are well suited to living there.
We are learning about L.S. Lowry and today we drew parts of his 'Going to Work' painting and used water colour paint to paint our drawings.
Take a look at our final artwork in the style of L.S. Lowry.
