Making Vegetable Soup

As part of our ‘On the Farm’ topic this half term. We wanted to learn about what grows at a farm! We discovered that farms are the reason we have fruits and vegetables in our supermarkets! RSL discovered that farms grow lots of different vegetables in the soil, they harvest and clean them for us before delivering them to the shops. With all the vegetables we brought in, we decided to make a delicious vegetable soup. We were very careful and made sure we washed our hands clean before cooking, we also had a go at chopping our vegetables! Our soup was very yummy and we can’t wait to make some at home for our families. Thank you very much to our adults who helped us bring some vegetables so we could have this very fun lesson!
