Making Kulfi

As part of our Learning Adventure about India we have been learning how to make our very own mango kulfi! We learned how to follow a set of instructions and paid close attention to the imperative verbs in our recipe. We all had a turn to make the kulfi and pour it into the mould before it went in the freezer to set. We all had lots of fun making our kulfi! When we weren't making the kulfi we wrote our own versions of the instructions, including pictures, and made food hygiene posters.
