Last week you designed your own exercise challenge to see the way that exercise affects your body. This week your task is to design an information sheet for others about the importance of exercise. This could be in the form of a poster, a picture, a leaflet or anything else you can think of! Be creative and remember to include all of the key information as to why exercise is important for our bodies. Use the information on the PowerPoints from last week and this week to help.

Use the Joe Wicks Challenge Cards to get yourself moving after you've completed your information text. Why not print them off and use them throughout the week for a quick energy burst?!
