PE for Spring 1

This half term our topic in PE is called 'Attack, Defend and Shoot'. In school, we will be practicing our key skills through the team games of football and basketball. 

Please use the document below to support you in developing your attacking, defending and shooting skills at home. If you do not have access to either a football or basketball then please use the links provided on the document to ensure you are taking part in some form of at home PE. 

Primary School children should be completing at least 60 minutes of exercise a day. This can come in many forms. Some examples are going for a walk, throwing and catching a ball, dancing, riding a bike or football in the garden. Try to vary the type of exercise you are doing and remember that a little exercise each day is better than nothing!
