Below are a selection of links that will support in developing the PE kills and knowledge of your child, as well as supporting them to reach their daily target of 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity. Please use these links to supplement the PE home learning which has been set by your child's class teacher and alongside any other physical activity you may be completing as a family.
Boogie Beebies is an excellent dance based resource which is aimed at children in EYFS.
10 Minute Shake Up Games
The 10 minute shake up games have been developed by the NHS using Disney songs and storylines to encourage children to have quick bursts of exercise throughout the day.
The Supermovers videos have been developed by BBC Bitesize to get children moving throughout the day. All of the videos have links to English, maths, PSHE or modern foreign languages.

Team GB - Get Set for Tokyo
Team GB have developed a range of home learning activities to excite children about the Tokyo Olympics. The activities will get you moving and also teach you about life in Japan. You can create your own account and log the activity you are completing each day.
Youth Sport Trust
The Youth Sport Trust have developed a range of home learning resources to match the skills developed through the PE national curriculum. All activities have a video and PDF document explaining how to carry about the game.
Think Active have produced an A-Z of sports. All challenges provide an overview of the sport but have been adapted so you can complete them at home. Who would have imagined we would be able to windsurf in our living rooms?!
